Appam
Ingredients
- Idly rice - 200 gm
- Black gram - 2 tsp
- Fenugreek - ¼ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 100 ml
- Baking soda - ¼ tsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
Method
- Soak Rice fenugreek and black gram, at least 3 hours.
- Grind to thick smooth paste. Add salt at the end of grinding.
- Allow to proof the batter rises.
- Then add coconut milk, baking soda mix well.
- Pour one round spoon of batter in to Appam Kadai cook well one side and remove.
