Adai
Ingredients
- Rice -100 gm
- Bengal gram dhal - 30 gm
- Thoor dhal / Red gram - 30 gm
- Black gram dhal - 20gm
- Onion - 2
- Red Chillies - 4
- Asafoetida - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Oil - 100ml
Method
- Clean, soak the dhal, rice, soak at least 2 hours.
- Add salt red chillies, asafoetida, grind dhal and rice together.
- Heat tawa pour the better (or) press in round.
- Put hole in center pour a spoon of oil.
- Turn other side and cook well.
- Remove from heat and serve with avial.
