Wheat Sooji Kitchaedi

Ingredients

  1. Punjab wheat                                                    - ½ kg
  2. Oil                                                                           - 1 cup
  3. Cumin                                                                   - 1 tsp
  4. Cashew nut                                                        - 50 gm
  5. Cinnamon, cloves, brinji leaves                  - 5 gm
  6. Garlic                                                                     - 5 flakes
  7. Onion                                                                    - 2 (Chopped)
  8. Tomato                                                                                - 1 (Chopped)
  9. Ginger                                                                  - 1
  10. Ghee                                                                     - 50 gm
  11. Green chillies                                                     - 3 (Chopped)
  12. Carrot                                                                   - 2 (Chopped)
  13. Green peas                                                        - 1 cup
  14. Beans                                                                    - 100 gm
  15. Water                                                                   - 3 cups
  16. Curry leaves, Coriander leaves                   - 3 tsp (Chopped)
  17. Salt                                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Roughly grind the wheat in mix like rava.
  2. Heat oil kadai, fry the wheat rava and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in kadai, addcinnamon, cloves, brinji leaves and cashew nut fry then add cumin and fry till golden brown.
  4. Then add vegetables and ginger garlic paste fry well.
  5. Then add some water cook till the vegetables are tender.  Then add wheat sooji frined and cook well in slow fire.
  6. Garnish with chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
