Set Dosai

Ingredients

  1. Par boiled rice                                   - ¼ kg
  2. Raw rice                                               - ¼ kg
  3. White black gram dhal                   - 100 gm
  4. Kesseri powder                                                - a pinch
  5. Baking soda                                        - a pinch
  6. Salt                                                         - to taste
  7. Oil                                                           - as required

Method

  1. Soak together rice and white black gram dhal at least 4 hours.  Grind and make the batter and add salt and leave it for night.
  2. Add kessari powder, baking soda, mix it well.
  3. Heat tawa and pour the batter like oothappam.
  4. Cook both sides and remove from fire.
