Pulkas

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                        - 2 ½kg
  2. Salt                                                         - to taste
  3. Water                                                   - 60 ml

Method

  1. Make dough with wheat flour; add salt and 60ml water kneed well.
  2. Make round balls and press the balls and make it round shape.
  3. Heat tawa and put the pulkas fry well till one side Cooked turn to another side.
  4. Add ghee and press with cloth and rotate the pulkas it will rise up.
  5. Apply Ghee and sere with curries.
