Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

  1. Cabbage                                              - 2 (Chopped)
  2. Carrot                                                   - ½ (Chopped)
  3. Capsicum                                             - ½ (Chopped)
  4. Potato                                                  - 3
  5. Green peas                                        - 1 cup
  6. Tomato                                                - 2
  7. Tomato(Chopped)                          - 2
  8. Onion                                                    -  2 tsp
  9. Pav Bhaji Masala                              - 2 tsp
  10. Ginger & garlic paste                      - 2 tsp
  11. Butter                                                   - 3 tsp
  12. Salt                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Cook together all vegetables (Chopped) and potato, green peas.
  2. Chop onion and tomato.
  3. Heat butter in Kadai, add onion and tomato, fry still golden brown add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Cook till tomato cooked.
  5. Grind the tomato (full) and extract pulp add into the gravy.
  6. Add chilli powder, Pav Bhaji Masala, salt fry well.  Then add cooked vegetables.
  7. Cook at least 5 minutes, allow boiling stir well and removing from heat.
  8. Garnish with onion slices and lime wedges.
  9. Serve with “BUN”.
