Panner Masala

Ingredients

  1. Panner                                                 - 150 gm
  2. Turmeric powder                             - ¼ tsp
  3. Garam masala powder                  - 2 tsp
  4. Chillies powder                                 - 4 tsp
  5. Curd                                                      - 1 cup
  6. Salt                                                         -to taste
  7. Onion                                                    - 1
  8. Tomato                                                                - 1
  9. Ginger paste                                      - ½ tsp
  10. Garlic paste                                        - 1 tsp
  11. Roasted garam Ipottukadalai)    - 50 gm
  12. Coriander leaves                              - as required (Chopped)

Method

  1. Grind the onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and Roasted grams together make a fine paste.
  2. Cut panner in small cubes and soak in curd at least 1 hour.  Then fry in oil and set aside.
  3. Mix well then add fried paneer cubes and allow boiling.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and remove from heat serve hot.

Note
Good accompaniment for chapatti, roti etc.
