Panneer Cutlet

Ingredients

  1. Panneer                                               - 250 gm
  2. Spring onion                                       - 3 springs (Chopped)
  3. Green chilly paste                            - 1 tsp
  4. Chilly powder                                    - 1 tsp
  5. Coriander leaves                              - 1 tsp (Chopped)
  6. Egg                                                         - 1
  7. Bread crumbs                                    - 2 tsp
  8. Oil                                                           - for frying
  9. Salt                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Grated and mash the panneer cubes.
  2. Add green chillies, spring onion, chilly powder Coriander leaves and salt mix well.
  3. Make a cutlet shape, beat Egg well.
  4. Dip the cutlets in Egg and roll on the bread crumbs, leave at least ½ an hour.
  5. Heat oil in kadai, fry the cutlet till golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and sere with tomato sauce.
